What does KCS need?

Charitable status enables KCS to offer free or subsidised places in cookery workshops to children and young people who are most in need. Money raised goes directly towards cookery projects and covers the following costs: staff salaries, rent and utilities, ingredients, kitchen equipment and staff training.

During the year 2005-6, KCS raised a total of £191,386 and spent £242,846 on direct charitable expenditure. Full audited accounts for the year 2005-6 are available on request.
